		<description>You&#039;re right Dan.  There is something very deceptive about looking at the thumbnails. Without seeing the lines and textures, it&#039;s easy to miss the agony and tension that lies in every stroke.  I am looking at a painting on the wall right now from 1990, and while the forms and shapes have a lot in common, the feeling that you get from the this painting and the ones on this page is completely different.</description>

At first glance the images look peaceful and colorful and lovely, but when you look deeper you can see how dark it really is.  Maybe it&#039;s just my personal opinion, but try to look at the larger image (OPPOSED TO A THUMBNAIL) and you might understand what I mean.</description>
